Techno-Functional Analyst (Retail Banking Domain) Experience: 6–10 Years Location: Chennai (Work From Office) Employment Type: Full-Time Role Overview We are looking for a Techno-Functional Analyst with strong experience in retail banking who can bridge business requirements and technical implementation. The candidate should have hands-on exposure to Java and SQL along with deep domain understanding.

Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications Work closely with development teams for solution design and delivery Perform gap analysis and suggest process improvements Support UAT, production issues, and stakeholder communication Required Skills Strong experience in Retail Banking domain Hands-on knowledge of Java and SQL Experience in requirement gathering and BRD/FRD creation Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent stakeholder communication
