Technical/Facility Manager

Savills Portugal, a leading player in the national market, is looking to strengthen its Property Management team with the hiring of a Senior Technical Manager for its Lisbon office.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee technical works and refurbishment projects across real estate assets;
• Manage technical aspects of property portfolios (Property & Facility Management);
• Coordinate and monitor technical projects from planning to execution;
• Act as a key point of contact for clients, suppliers, and external stakeholders;
• Prepare technical reports and support decision-making processes;
• Identify opportunities to enhance and optimise asset performance;
• Provide technical leadership and expertise within the team.

Requirements, Skills and Experience Desired

• Proven professional experience (ideally 5+ years) in similar roles (technical management, construction/project coordination, property or facility management);
• A degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is valued, but not mandatory;
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills;
• High level of autonomy, responsibility, and decision-making ability;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Strong organisational and problem-solving capabilities;
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools;
• Driving license (mandatory);
• Availability to travel within Portugal;
• Fluency in English will be considered an advantage.
