Technical Team Lead

Technical Team Lead (TypeScript, React, Node.js): Guiding a team of 5-7 engineers to build scalable, high-impact solutions for an enterprise-grade platform, ensuring compliance with ESG regulations. Focus on defining technical direction, championing best practices, and translating business needs into effective solutions within a modern, serverless ecosystem.

Location: Hybrid work model,

three days a week in the office in Madrid, Spain .

What you will do

Lead by example, writing high-quality code and reviewing team contributions.

Shape technical direction, defining best practices and architectural decisions.

Drive agile development, facilitating stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

Collaborate with product teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Mentor engineers, providing guidance and opportunities for professional development.

Research and introduce new technologies to improve performance, scalability, and maintainability.

Requirements

Proven leadership experience

as a Team Lead, Tech Lead, or Senior Engineer, with a strong focus on mentoring.

Expertise in

TypeScript, React, and Node.js

for scalable, high-performance applications.

Deep understanding of agile development in fast-paced, iterative environments.

Excellent problem-solving skills to break down complex business requirements.

Effective communication skills for collaboration with technical and non-technical teams.

English: C1 required .
