Drive client engagement at Ameresco as a Technical Support Software Data Analyst, focusing on the AssetPlanner platform's documentation and client success. Engage with clients and support their needs effectively. In this role, you become an essential part of Ameresco's commitment to client support and documentation.
You'll leverage your technical skills within SaaS environments to maintain comprehensive documentation and provide ongoing client assistance. Your ability to enhance the client experience while supporting software implementation is key to our success. Key Responsibilities: • Develop detailed documentation across all AssetPlanner features • Provide technical support through calls, tickets, and meetings • Deliver training for clients during the onboarding process • Accurately track and report on client support activities • Collaborate with software teams to enhance platform capabilities Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required with experience • At least 3 years in technical support or client success • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office suite • Understanding of software development concepts • Excellent verbal and written communication skills Enhance documentation and provide exceptional client support at Ameresco, driving innovative solutions in the energy sector. #J-18808-Ljbffr
