Job Description
Futures have partnered with a major consultancy who are a strategic delivery partner on a large-scale technology transformation programme supporting critical national policing and law enforcement capabilities.
We are looking for a Technical Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery across cloud-native applications, Java/Spring Boot microservices and AWS within a highly secure engineering environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning and delivery.
- Provide technical leadership across Java/Spring Boot microservices.
- Review and challenge code, designs and engineering decisions.
- Drive CI/CD, DevSecOps, automated testing and AWS best practice.
- Lead developers and testers and improve engineering standards.
- Support production issues and code-level root cause analysis.
- Strong hands-on Java & Spring Boot microservices experience.
- 5+ years' Scrum Master experience in technical environments.
- Strong AWS knowledge.
- CI/CD, Docker and ECS/EKS experience.
- REST APIs and DevOps/DevSecOps practices.
- Active SC + NPPV3 clearance (Advantageous)
