Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Sales Support Engineer located in Pune City.
The Technical Sales Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical expertise during the sales cycle, addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, assisting in sales operations, and supporting the technical needs of clients. Additionally, the role involves maintaining a deep understanding of Wozart products to provide effective solutions and guidance to customers. Qualifications Proficiency in Technical Sales and Technical Sales Support Experience in providing Technical Support and handling customer technical queries Strong Analytical Skills to assess and address technical challenges strategically Knowledge of Sales Operations, including process optimization and client relationship management Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability to work in a dynamic environment Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and clients A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field is preferred Experience in smart home technologies or IoT devices is a strong advantage
