As a Technical Project Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our platform-based projects and high-volume digital asset deployments. We are looking for a Mid to Senior-level professional with 4‑5 years of experience who can hit the ground running from day one. You will bridge the gap between technical execution and high‑frequency asset delivery, driving the templatisation of assets to enable automated production and ensuring every single output is flawless at a massive scale.
If you are highly organised, analytical, and know how to keep complex technical workflows moving seamlessly, this is the role for you.
Responsibilities:
- Multi‑Format Production & Automation Scoping: Lead diverse asset production projects spanning social, digital, and e‑commerce platforms. Continuously evaluate these production lifecycles to proactively recognise, scope, and implement new opportunities for automation.
- Automation & Storefront Library Management: Lead the templatisation of digital assets to transition manual workflows into automated production. Act as the digital "librarian" for our storefront ecosystem, organising, maintaining, and auditing the template repository to ensure all automated assets are scalable, accurate, and easily accessible.
- Client Communication Excellence: Maintain exceptional verbal and written communication with client teams and external partners. Serve as a trusted, proactive communicator who can translate complex technical workflows, automated processes, and project statuses into clear, actionable updates.
- Cross‑Team Collaboration: Collaborate across internal teams, client teams, and our Data Insights team to keep complex production workflows perfectly aligned.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with new digital tools, platform updates, and industry best practices.
About You
The essentials:
- Industry Experience: Proven 4‑5 years of experience/background managing asset production with a strong technical mindset.
- Solution Seeker: You instinctively spot production efficiencies to drive asset templatisation and automated workflows.
- Organisation & Impact: Exceptionally organised, detail‑oriented, and able to manage time efficiently under pressure.
- People Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to influence and collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
- Mindset: A self‑motivated team player with a positive, high‑energy attitude and a strong sense of ownership over your work.
Not a must, but a plus:
- Familiarity with recent AI developments, productivity tools, and automation workflows.
