The role of the senior Uniface software developer entails maintaining the Uniface environments and taking the lead in developing and testing software applications using Uniface. Your primary objective is to ensure that the software aligns with the organization’s business requirements.

As low code development team we are building and maintaining innovative applications (+native mobile apps) for our (internal) customers. These applications are used worldwide. We keep investing in our developers skills and knowledge for which we organize trainings and explore new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Work with our stakeholders to gather and translate user/system requirements into design specifications;
• Build, test, and deploy software solutions and technologies;
• Maintain and improve our software applications and systems;
• Develop integrations and interfaces with other systems, databases, and APIs to ensure seamless data flow and application connectivity;
• Document code consistently throughout the development process;
• Deliver presentations on development progress to our internal customers;

Qualifications

• Bachelor in IT, Computer Science, or related.
• Minimal 5 years of experience with software development using Uniface.
• Experience with agile software development, Scrum and Jira;
• Experience in performing code reviews and ensuring code quality;
• You are flexible and responsive to changing priorities and multiple, concurrent responsibilities;
• Drive the continuous evolution of best practices for software development using Uniface.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
