Role Overview - Context66 is looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to support a strategic client engagement. - The ideal candidate combines project management discipline with a strong technical background in software delivery, Agile/Scrum execution, and cross-functional stakeholder management. - Own end-to-end delivery of technical projects โ€” scope, timelines, budgets, and quality โ€” across engineering, QA, and product teams. - Prior experience managing technical delivery in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment is a strong advantage. Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Delivery - Own end-to-end delivery of technical projects โ€” scope, timelines, budgets, and quality. - Translate business requirements into clear, actionable technical project plans in collaboration with engineering and product teams. - Manage project timelines proactively, tracking milestones, dependencies, and delivery risk to avoid slippage. - Maintain a centralized repository of project plans, decisions, and documentation with clear audit trails. Agile Delivery Management - Drive agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) across engineering teams. - Manage sprint backlogs and release planning, ensuring alignment between product priorities and engineering capacity. - Conduct regular delivery reviews to identify blockers, scope creep, and optimization opportunities. - Drive process improvement initiatives, including tooling upgrades, workflow standardization, and elimination of delivery bottlenecks.

Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination - Coordinate resource allocation and manage delivery across multiple teams and, where applicable, external vendors. - Act as the primary point of contact between engineering teams, stakeholders, and leadership. - Lead vendor/partner coordination where third-party teams are involved, holding them accountable to timelines and quality commitments. - Serve as the primary point of escalation for delivery risks and cross-team blockers. Governance & Reporting - Lead risk and issue resolution efforts, including scope disputes, resourcing conflicts, and delivery escalations. - Establish governance frameworks, reporting cadences, and escalation paths for project and team performance. - Partner with engineering, QA, product, and leadership to ensure adherence to development best practices and release processes. - Provide executive-level reporting on project status, delivery metrics, risk exposure, and team performance. Required Experience and Skills - 5+ years in Technical Project Management, Program Management, or Agile Delivery Management roles. - Proven experience managing full project lifecycles, including planning, execution, and delivery. - Strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint-based delivery. - Hands-on experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar). - Demonstrated success in stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination. - Track record of driving on-time, high-quality delivery across engineering teams. - Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, QA, product, and leadership teams. Preferred / Good to Have - PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification. - Experience working with enterprise-scale, multi-team engineering environments. - Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. - Prior experience supporting large-scale or client-facing technical engagements. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
