Responsibilities Serve as the technical authority on W/WW treatment, conveyance, and infrastructure concept development, design review support and project implementation through long-term O&M.

Lead multi-disciplinary technical teams and coordinate across design, construction, and operations. Provide QA/QC oversight and ensure technical excellence on project deliverables. Support the development, review and submittal of proposal-type deliverables Collaborate with business development teams to shape technical approaches for proposals.

Mentor junior engineers and support internal knowledge development. Engage with clients and serve as the technical point of contact throughout project lifecycles. Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry standards.

Key Stakeholders Clients: Public utilities, municipalities, private water companies. Qualifications Preferred Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering or a related field. Certifications: Professional Engineer (P.E.) license preferred (CA, TX, AZ, or FL preferred).

Operator License (W and /or WW) in CA, TX, AZ or FL preferred. Relevant process/mechanical certifications (e.g., WEF, AWWA technical committees) a plus. Experience: Minimum 10–15 years of technical experience in large/complex water and wastewater projects.

In-depth experience with treatment process design, hydraulics, pumping systems, or plant upgrades. Working knowledge of key codes and standards (e.g., AWWA, ASTM, OSHA, NFPA). Familiarity with permitting requirements and regulatory frameworks in CA, AZ, TX, and FL.

Experience delivering projects for clients such as the City of Los Angeles, City of Houston, City of Phoenix, or South Florida Water Management District, or similar.
