Job Title: Technical Analyst Duration: 18 Months Location: Chandler, AZ Rate: $50-$53/hour W2 Role Overview The Infrastructure Automation Controls Analyst will support governance and compliance efforts across multiple infrastructure automation platforms. This role focuses on evaluating platforms against defined control requirements, identifying compliance gaps, and coordinating remediation with engineering teams. The position operates with a governance and oversight mindset rather than direct engineering ownership. The analyst will track progress across several infrastructure automation platforms and provide monthly reporting on control evaluation, evidence validation, and remediation status. The role requires familiarity with automation tools and infrastructure platforms to properly assess whether implementations meet required control standards within a regulated banking environment. Project Details: Ongoing initiative focused on infrastructure automation governance and compliance, Establish and maintain effective control validation across multiple infrastructure automation platforms to ensure compliance with internal banking standards and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate infrastructure automation platforms against defined control requirements Identify compliance gaps and document remediation requirements Work with engineering teams to address and remediate control gaps Review evidence submitted by engineering teams to confirm control adherence Track progress across multiple platforms and report status monthly Maintain governance oversight of control implementation across environments Provide guidance to engineering teams on required control expectations Ensure control requirements align with banking industry standards and internal policies Must-Have Skills Experience working with infrastructure automation platforms Strong governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) mindset Understanding of controls evaluation and compliance validation Practical exposure to tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Cutover, TSO, or BladeLogic Experience working with engineering teams to remediate compliance gaps Ability to analyze technical evidence to confirm control compliance Strong documentation and reporting skills Preferred Skills Experience within regulated financial environments Familiarity with infrastructure automation governance frameworks Exposure to enterprise infrastructure compliance programs Experience Matters.
