Team Lead Supplier Operations

• Lead, motivate, and develop a team, ensuring objectives and performance expectations are achieved.
• Oversee daily operational activities and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
• Monitor workload distribution, productivity, quality, and performance metrics.
• Review operational results and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage escalated issues and support the resolution of complex operational challenges.
• Analyze recurring issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.

Knowledge:

• Understanding of operational and transactional business processes.
• Experience managing high-volume workflows and operational activities.
• Knowledge of supplier-facing processes and service-oriented environments.
• Understanding of performance metrics, productivity measurement, and reporting.
• Advanced English communication skills.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Previous experience leading teams and managing operational performance.
• Experience working with high volume processes and managing productivity, quality, and performance metrics
