In this Senior Mechanical Engineer role you lead the mechanical development of ruggedized control units, power, and computing modules. You guide a local engineering team in Spain and coordinate with international teams to ensure seamless integration. You’ll translate customer and system requirements into actionable tasks and uphold MIL-STD-810 compliance. You shape packaging, thermal management, and system integration in harsh environments, delivering reliable, high-density electronics. Compensaciones / Beneficios • Lead and mentor a small local engineering team (2 engineers) and prioritize tasks • Coordinate as the primary technical interface with the Thailand-based subsystem team for integration • Manage System BOM and ensure traceability • Translate customer specs into mechanical constraints and task plans • Maintain Requirements Compliance Matrix (VCRM) aligned with MIL-STD-810 • Oversee rugged VPX 3U packaging design with IP65 sealing • Lead thermal management design for high-power density electronics • Oversee Backplane and IO Panel integration xqbhyrx strategy • Supervise prototype assembly and define verification plans per MIL-STD-810/DO-160

Responsabilidades • Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace or related field • 5+ years in mechanical design for electronics packaging • Proven leadership or team management experience • Fluent English for daily communication with international teams
