Warren Central School is a vibrant K–12 school located in the township of Warren and serving the surrounding rural areas. The school caters to 238 students, with approximately 61% identifying as Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander. Remuneration Package

Total Remuneration Package: Remuneration package valued at up to $160,942.00. Base salary ranges from $92,882.00 to $141,997.00, plus leave loading and employer’s contribution to superannuation. Base salary rates above the minimum are available depending on experience.

Specific Selection Criteria

1. Approved to Teach 7-12 Science and Stage 6 Biology.
2. Ability to design, deliver and evaluate innovative teaching and learning programs to cater for a diverse range of learners.
3. Demonstrated ability to use effective classroom management skills and wellbeing practices to create a learning environment that is engaging and fosters a culture of high expectations.
4. Well-developed interpersonal, communication and organisational skills with the capacity to build positive relationships with students, staff, parents and community.
