TAX & BILLING ANALYST

As our business continues to grow in Brazil and across Latin America, we are looking for a Tax & Billing Analyst (Mid-level) to join our Finance team in São Paulo.

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring tax compliance and supporting the complete revenue cycle, from customer master data and billing processes to revenue recognition and accounts receivable. Key Responsibilities

✔ Manage tax compliance and support statutory tax obligations.

✔ Coordinate billing activities and issue tax invoices across different sales channels.

✔ Ensure accurate revenue recognition in accordance with company policies and accounting standards.

✔ Support accounts receivable activities and collection processes.

✔ Maintain customer master data and commercial conditions in SAP.

✔ Participate in financial projects, process improvements, regulatory initiatives, and system enhancements.

✔ Support internal and external audits.

What We're Looking For

✔ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

✔ Solid experience in Tax, Billing, or Revenue processes.

✔ Experience with SAP and advanced Excel.

✔ Intermediate English.

✔ Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, organization, and a hands-on approach.
