We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Talent Manager to join our small-but-mighty team at Day Management at our Melbourne HQ. As a legacy agency within the creator economy, y ou'll be working with some of the country's leading talent as well as the most iconic brands day‑to‑day.

About Us:
Day Management is a leading talent management agency representing leading creators and media personalities. We specialise in connecting top‑tier talent with brands to drive innovative and impactful campaigns, create meaningful partnerships and drive our talent to the forefront of the industry.
About the position:
Your role will include -
- Managing a selection of agency talent, including the planning and facilitation of campaigns
- Ensuring the talent remain on track with their individual targets and goals
- Building and facilitate relationships with agencies and brands
- Guiding the talent's career progression, with assistance from the SLT
On a given day, a Talent Manager will:
- Complete end‑to‑end campaigns for their talent, from briefing to submitting content and reporting on the success of the collaboration
- Negotiate campaigns and contracts for their talent
- Scout and source potential new talent for the agency
- Conduct industry research (i.e scroll TikTok and Instagram)
- Communicate and update their talent on current and future jobs
- Participate in our office TikToks lol (https://www.tiktok.com/@daymanagement)
About you:
- Have spent some time in the marketing/comms industry, ideally working on creator campaigns in the past
- Have a passion for social media and the creator/talent industry
- Get a thrill out of closing the deal!
- Are a people person, and enjoy working closely with a team and with talent
- You are a hands‑on, get things done kind of person who can handle a fast‑paced industry and quick turnaround
- A communications, marketing or equivalent qualification is preferred but not mandatory
- Are willing to be the office DJ occasionally
