Andersen is hiring a System Analyst for a project developing fleet management solutions and optimizing operational processes through scalable digital platforms.
The customer is a global technology company developing a large-scale digital platform that connects millions of users through a mobile application offering various on-demand services. The platform operates in multiple international markets and requires scalable, high-load systems, real-time data processing, and cloud-based infrastructure to support its growing ecosystem of digital products.
The project is focused on developing and modernizing a fleet management platform that helps vehicle owners manage drivers, vehicles, and operational workflows. It includes improving user onboarding, implementing CRM capabilities, optimizing driver-to-vehicle assignment, and enabling real-time dispatching to increase operational efficiency and fleet profitability.
Responsibilities
Decomposing and formalizing requirements for the fleet-partner platform, covering CRM, registration flow, driver-to-vehicle assignment, and real-time dispatching. Designing target-state processes and system architecture (BPMN, C4, ERD, state models) to replace manual operations and legacy workflows. Analyzing and redesigning the registration funnel to reduce driver drop-offs and improve conversion. Defining API contracts, event flows, and integration patterns between fleet-partner services and internal platforms. Collaboratinh closely with product, business stakeholders, and development teams to clarify scope, priorities, and acceptance criteria. Decomposing epics into user stories with clear acceptance criteria and support the team throughout the delivery lifecycle. Modeling driver and vehicle entities as separate domains with clear relationships and lifecycle states. Designing real-time dispatching logic and operational workflows to minimize manual interventions. Maintaining up-to-date system, process, and integration documentation. Requirements
Experience as a Systems Integration Analyst for 5+ years. Experince with Fintech and Banking. Strong system design and modeling skills (BPMN 2.0, C4, UML, ERD). Experience designing state machines and complex process flows. Strong integration expertise: REST APIs, event-driven architecture, Kafka. Experience with OpenAPI / Swagger. Understanding of distributed system patterns (Saga, Outbox, retries, DLQ, etc.). Knowledge of consistency models (at-least-once, eventual consistency, etc.). Experience with KYC/KYB or compliance systems. Understanding of GDPR or personal data protection principles. Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate. Desired skills
Experience with gRPC and Protocol Buffers. AsyncAPI experience. Background in AML / fraud prevention / regulatory reporting. Experience in mobility / ride-hailing / logistics products.
