Job Summary As a Surgical Unit Registered Nurse , you'll provide individualized and compassionate care to patients with a variety of medical and surgical needs. You'll work in a collaborative, supportive environment where patient care is the priority. Key Responsibilities: Perform assessments and deliver patient-centered care using the nursing process.

Accurately document patient care in electronic medical records. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve desired patient outcomes. Uphold the standards of the Texas Nurse Practice Act.

Participate in improvement initiatives and professional development opportunities. Who Were Looking For: Education : Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Diploma or Associate Degree). Experience : New grads welcome; 1 year of experience is a plus.

Licenses/Certifications : Active Registered Nurse license. Current CPR-BLS certification. Skills : Strong attention to detail and adaptability in fast-paced settings.
