Surgery - General Nurse Practitioner

Job Title: Locum - Nurse Practitioner - Surgery - Cardiothoracic Summary: Join a state-of-the-art medical facility in Silverdale, WA, committed to providing top-notch healthcare. This is an exciting opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner specializing in Cardiothoracic surgery to provide coverage for approximately 6-9 months. The practice location blends office/clinic work and hospital settings, offering a dynamic work environment.

Job Responsibilities: Perform adult Cardiothoracic surgeries, including open procedures. Manage patients post-surgery in acute care and ICU settings. Provide support with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.

Adhere to hospital protocols and collaborate with surgical teams. Maintain detailed patient records using EPIC EMR. Participate in on-call rotations, including night and weekend duties.

Qualifications: Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) - Required. Experience in Cardiothoracic surgery. Excellent clinical skills in both surgical and acute care management.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. License and Certification Requirements: Washington State NP License - Required.
