Support Workers - Western Trust (Limavady area)

We are recruiting for 2 x Support Workers for our client in the Western Trust, seeking caring and committed Band 3

Support Workers to provide person-centred support for adults with learning disabilities, helping them maintain their

independence, dignity and quality of life. For this role, you will be required to work across the Limavady and Foyle areas,

depending on service needs.

Duties include supporting tenants with personal care, medication, meal preparation, shopping, household tasks, finances, health appointments and community activities. You will also support tenants to maintain their homes, follow individual care plans and participate in social activities and holidays.

This is a block booking opportunity of 37.5 hours per week, consisting of a mixture of day shifts and

night shifts , With competitive hourly rates ranging from £12.75 to £21.55 depending on shift pattern.

These roles are for immediate start and a minimum of three months with possible extension.

Applicants must be have some type of healthcare encompass training and be able to work in line with all relevant policies, safeguarding procedures and the NISCC Code of Practice.

The role requires flexibility to work across different Supported Living locations, including weekends and bank holidays,

depending on service needs.

What We Need From You

? Experience working in a Healthcare Setting with personal care

? To be Niscc registered, or willing to apply

? To have, or be willing to attend all mandatory training courses

? Willingness to undergo an enhanced Access Ni check
