Job Description
Female Disability Support Worker – Belgrave, VIC (Casual)
Seeking a compassionate, reliable, and experienced Female Disability Support Worker to provide high-quality in-home and community support for a valued NDIS participant located in Belgrave, Victoria.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering person-centred care and supporting participants to maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life.
Shift Details
Location: Belgrave, VIC
Employment Type: Casual
Days: Wednesday & Friday
About the Role
You will be supporting a female participant with her daily living needs, including:
- Meal preparation, including supporting a special dietary requirement.
- Domestic assistance such as cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe home environment.
- Social support and companionship.
- Encouraging community participation and maintaining independence.
- Providing respectful and person-centred support tailored to the participant’s needs.
Essential Requirements
- Female Support Worker (participant preference).
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Current Working with Children Check
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate.
- Current Australian Driver Licence.
- Reliable and insured vehicle.
