Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Demand Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in forecasting demand, managing inventory levels, and ensuring that our supply chain operates efficiently. This position requires a strong understanding of supply chain principles, inventory management, and sales analysis to optimize product availability while minimizing excess stock.

Responsibilities Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts using historical data and market trends. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and operations to align on demand planning strategies. Analyze sales data and inventory metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Monitor inventory control processes to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained. Qualifications/Experience High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, must have the ability to organize and manipulate data using formulas, pivot tables etc. 3-5 years experience in wholesale products with key U.S. retailers. Proven experience in demand planning or a related field within supply chain management.

Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and practices. Familiarity with sales analysis techniques to inform forecasting decisions. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
