Position Summary:
Supervisor, Talent Acquisition:
About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Recruiter to join our growing Talent Attraction Team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent across a range of roles. Youll play a key role in shaping our teams and driving our business goals forward for our United Kingdom and India markets.
Key to this role is the ability to be consultative and effective communicator, who is proactive and hands-on with data and job boards. Many of the skills we look to hire will require the direct sourcing of active and passive talent.
Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process including Strategy Meeting, Sourcing, Screening, and offer creation / management for our United Kingdom and India market.
- Provide exceptional candidate care and ensure that candidates are effectively pre-screened before recruitment process.
- Use proactive sourcing techniques to identify and engage passive and active talent using Boolean searches and direct messaging, through platforms like career website, Naukri, LinkedIn, and employee referrals.
- Research and recommend competitive compensation packages in partnership with the hiring managers, HRBPs & Rewards.
- Build meaningful business relationships with key Client Groups, candidates, and HR Business Partners.
- Enhance Global Talent Acquisition credibility with stakeholders by sharing knowledge, data, and insight from the external market inc. competitor activity, trends & innovation.
- Act as a brand ambassador to communicate clearly about role expectations, company culture, and benefits.
- Champion Talent Acquisition policy inc. Recruitment best practice, process compliance & data integrity.
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics such as time-to-offer, satisfaction scores, and offer acceptance rates
What Were Looking For:
- 5 - 8 years of experience in technology recruitment preferably in a fast-paced or startup environment
- Hands-on with ATS tools (e.g., SuccessFactors/ SmartRecriuters) and sourcing platforms
- Strong understanding of corporate roles, skills, and hiring trends both in the UK&I and India markets
- Excellent communication, data, presentation, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
