Title: HR Learning Process Specialist
Location: ADM Capability Center - Bengaluru, KA
Role Overview:
The Global Learning & Development team enables a consistent, scalable, and high-quality learning experience across the enterprise by providing standardized learning operations, learning technology support, process governance, and execution services.
As part of the Global Business Services (GBS) organization, the GBS Learning Process Specialist serves as a key member of a centralized learning delivery model. This role provides scalable support for learning administration, learning management system (LMS) operations, training data management, compliance learning processes, reporting, and process documentation across regions, functions, and Centers of Excellence.
The role is focused on operational excellence within a global framework, supporting standardized learning processes, maintaining learning content and curricula, coordinating training activities, responding to learner and stakeholder inquiries, producing recurring learning reports and scorecards, enabling learning technologies, and driving continuous process improvement to ensure an efficient and effective learning experience across the organization.
Core Responsibilities:
Learning Operations & LMS Administration:
- Administer learning activities within the LMS, including course, curriculum, program, and content setup and maintenance.
- Create, schedule, modify, and manage instructor-led and virtual instructor-led training sessions.
- Manage learner registrations, assignments, enrollments, waitlists, and training completions.
- Publish learning offerings and maintain training availability through LMS catalogs and libraries.
- Coordinate learning delivery activities, including instructors, resources, facilities, and session logistics.
- Provide first-level support for LMS inquiries and technical issues, escalating when appropriate.
- Respond to learner and stakeholder requests within established service level agreements (SLAs).
Learning Compliance, Reporting & Data Management:
- Maintain accurate learning records, training history, and completion data within the LMS.
- Generate standard reports and recurring learning metrics to support operational and compliance requirements.
- Monitor training participation, completion status, session utilization, cancellations, and learner demand.
- Support audit, regulatory, and compliance requests by providing accurate documentation and training records.
- Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure the integrity of learning data and reporting outputs.
Continuous Improvement & Process Excellence:
- Apply Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies to simplify processes, improve service delivery, and enhance the learner experience.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives focused on quality, efficiency, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Support the maintenance of standard operating procedures, process documentation, and knowledge resources.
- Recommend and implement improvements based on operational trends, stakeholder feedback, and service performance metrics.
Stakeholder & Team Collaboration:
- Build effective relationships across the learning organization to ensure consistent execution of learning services.
- Communicate proactively regarding learning schedules, session changes, enrollment status, and operational issues.
- Provide operational support for learning programs, projects, and special initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree or a minimum of four years of administrative, operations, shared services, HR, or learning-related experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new systems, processes, and procedures.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, prioritization, and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and continuously evolving environment.
- Experience working with HR technology platforms; SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies preferred.
- Understanding of learning administration, training coordination, or learning program management preferred.
- Experience working in a global, multicultural, or shared services environment across multiple geographies and time zones preferred.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
- Flexibility to support global stakeholders and business needs across varying schedules and time zones.
