Client Manager & Talent Acquisition| Direct Clients &… Job Title: Structural Engineer Location: West Palm Beach or Miami, FL (33126) Summary: Client is an award-winning structural engineering firm known for high-impact and technically complex building projects. This role offers the opportunity to work in an entrepreneurial, collaborative environment where you’ll design landmark structures, develop multi-material expertise, and grow quickly under strong mentorship. Key Responsibilities: Design structural systems for complex buildings using concrete, steel, masonry, and post-tensioned materials.

Perform structural inspections, field visits, and on-site investigations; prepare proper documentation. Use structural analysis/modeling tools such as RAM , ETABS , and related software. Prepare and review calculations, drawings, and construction documents.

Produce high-quality Revit Structure drawings and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams. Work closely with senior engineers on design, detailing, and solving technical challenges. Maintain effective communication with internal teams, clients, and project partners.

Support a quality-focused, innovative, and learning-oriented engineering culture. Required Experience & Qualifications: Minimum 2+ years of structural engineering experience. Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering or related field.

Master’s degree is a plus (not mandatory). PE license or eligibility to obtain one. Experience with RAM, ETABS , or similar structural analysis tools.

Working experience in Revit Structure . Experience designing new buildings in the U.S. preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.

Proactive, self-driven, and ready to take responsibility.
