About Us: We’re a small, friendly structural engineering practice of 3–4 people based in London. We work closely as a team, sharing ideas and responsibilities, and we pride ourselves on creating a supportive, down-to-earth working environment. Our projects range across residential, small commercial, educational and refurbishment works, offering hands-on experience at all stages of design and delivery.
The Role: We’re looking for a Structural Engineer with around 2–3 years of experience to join us full-time in our Greenwich office. You’ll be involved in design, analysis, site visits, report writing, and coordination with architects and contractors. This is a great opportunity to take on responsibility and develop practical, well-rounded experience in a small, collaborative setting.
What We’re Looking For: A solid understanding of structural engineering principles Confident working knowledge of structural materials (steel, concrete, timber, masonry) Familiarity with analysis and design tools – ideally TEDDS, Robot, and Excel Good written communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word Someone proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a small team Ability to coordinate with external consultants and clients professionally Requirements: A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering Around 2 years of relevant industry experience ideally Familiarity with UK building regulations and Eurocodes You must have the legal right to work in the UK at the time of application This is an in-person role based in Greenwich, London, so being within reasonable commuting distance is ideal What We Offer: A supportive work environment Exposure to a variety of projects from early stages through delivery Close team collaboration and shared responsibility Flexibility where possible, though this is primarily an office-based role We don’t offer corporate perks – but if you’re looking to be hands-on, make an impact, and work as part of a small, motivated team, we’d love to hear from you.
