Hiring: Strategic Executive Assistant to the C-Suite | CA

We’re looking for a qualified CA who can do much more than traditional executive support.

We need someone who understands banking strategy, branch business planning, financial performance, and corporate finance—and can work closely with the C-Suite to turn strategy into execution.

Think of this role as part Strategic Advisor, part Finance Partner, and part Executive Office lead.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and execute banking and branch-level business plans
• Drive branch growth strategies across deposits, advances, CASA, cross-sell, profitability, and customer acquisition
• Analyze branch/region performance and identify growth and efficiency opportunities
• Build financial models, budgets, forecasts, and business scenarios
• Work with banks and financial institutions on credit facilities, treasury, and funding
• Support the C-Suite on strategic, financial, and capital allocation decisions
• Translate leadership priorities into clear execution plans and track outcomes
• Prepare sharp, decision-ready MIS and presentations for senior leadership
• Step in on critical operational and financial issues and drive them to resolution

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is a qualified CA with strong commercial and financial expertise
• Has hands-on experience in banking business planning and branch banking strategy
• Understands banking KPIs, branch profitability, liability/asset growth, and portfolio performance
• Can confidently engage with bankers, senior executives, and business heads
• Thinks strategically but is equally comfortable getting into the numbers and execution
• Is highly organized, proactive, discreet, and comfortable operating close to the C-Suite

This is not a conventional Executive Assistant role.

You’ll be a trusted partner to leadership, with the opportunity to influence business strategy, banking relationships, financial performance, and growth.
