Job Title: Stores Assistant

Full Time Position

Department:Stores

Main Duties / Activities:

• Loading and unloading delivery vehicles
• Checking for damaged/ missing items
• Recording movement of stock on the Companys management system and ensuring system is updated
• Allocating goods to storage
• Sorting and labelling stock
• Picking orders from storage and delivering them to the required areas
• Gathering loading lists
• Effectively labelling and packing products into containers for despatch
• Transfer to and loading of goods on delivery vehicles
• Stock taking/ Cycle counting
• General warehouse cleaning and maintenance duties
• Driving duties as required
• Operating loading equipment to include handling aids and forklift trucks to assist with duties

HEALTH AND SAFETY

• To be fully aware of and adhere to the Companys Health and Safety policies and procedures

TRAVEL

• Travel and working off site in accordance with the roles commercial functionality

OTHER

• Compliance with Company policies and procedures

• All duties commensurate with the Job Title as directed by Management
