Nurture the client experience to the highest levels and work closely with the team to drive sales and build lasting loyalty to the brand. Manage and motivate the team to consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual store sales plans. Drive client development activities among individual team members to cultivate new and existing clients.

Operationally manage an efficient back‑of‑house team and ensure consistency with established procedures. Identify and execute efficiencies and best practices. Ensure compliance with all internal control procedures.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement initiatives that drive traffic to the store and increase sales. Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Maintain a strong understanding of the retail market, including trends, competitors and customer preferences.

What We Are Looking For Proven experience within retail at a management level. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a high‑performing team. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members.
