Why You Matter As a full‑time Windsor Store Manager you are responsible for driving our mission statement in your store. You manage all aspects of daily operations, visual standards and make decisions that impact store performance and profitability. You are accountable for achieving store productivity in terms of sales, shrink, payroll and expenses.
