Responsibilities Understands organizational objectives and makes decisions that align with Company priorities and values Endorses, models and develops team to deliver Coach’s Selling and Service expectations Manages sales strategies, initiatives and growth across all categories Flexes store business strategies and personal selling techniques to contribute to overall store and financial results Maximizes floor supervisor role to deliver strong metrics and results driven through team selling and selling to multiple customers Sets and communicates productivity and sales goals for the team and tracks store performance Drives business through clienteling, sourcing new customers and maintaining productive relationships with customers Develops a clienteling strategy in partnership with the District Manager; implements and monitors strategy over time to achieve business goals Understands changes in local market with potential impact on business performance and supports the execution of local sales strategies and tactics Builds credibility as a personal fashion advisor to team and customers by communicating fashion awareness and trends Maintains professional appearance and demeanor aligned with Coach’s guide to style Acts as a brand ambassador in the local market to drive brand loyalty and business Coaches team on incorporating trends into selling experiences with customers Influences customer purchase decisions by balancing patience and assertiveness Understands customer and team needs and tailors approach accordingly Resolves customer problems and meets needs in a timely manner with solution-oriented and forward-thinking approaches Encourages team to build long-term relationships with customers to drive business Develops product knowledge and remains aware of current collections; protects and drives business needs Recruits and hires accordingly and coaches, develops and motivates the team to meet goals Ensures all daily tasks are completed without negatively impacting Coach standards Demonstrates ownership and accountability for results of self and others Maintains knowledge of local market conditions and adapts strategies to achieve business goals Workplace and Environment Creates enthusiasm and positivity for a shared vision and mission Leads by example and demonstrates confidence when leading the team Takes initiative with a high level of ownership for results Approaches challenges directly and takes timely action to course-correct Builds trusting relationships with peers and team Advocates for the team and Brand Is adaptable and flexible to change Switches gears based on business needs, seamlessly and proactively Welcomes feedback and adapts behaviors as appropriate Maintains a calm and professional demeanor at all times Fosters teamwork and collaboration Creates short- and long-term strategies to achieve personal metrics and performance Uses available resources to make informed decisions and partners when necessary Utilizes Company tools to stay informed Delegates and empowers others Recognizes and values individual performance and communicates appropriately Evaluates performance of all team members and provides timely feedback; adjusts action plans for staff development Operations Manages daily tasks according to Coach standards including selling and service expectations, operations, payroll, human resources and loss prevention Demonstrates strong business acumen with forecasting, planning and budgeting aligned to business needs Writes schedules to maximize business with optimal staffing Interacts with supervisors regularly to stay informed Maintains interior and exterior upkeep of the store in partnership with the corporate office Understands and uses all retail systems and reporting tools Adheres to retail policies and procedures including POS and operations procedures Leverages Coach tools to support clienteling and achieve individual and team goals Additional Requirements Experience: 1 to 3 years of previous Store Manager experience in a luxury retail service environment preferable. Knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Technical: Proficient with MS Office; experience using retail systems (labor management, inventory systems, sales reporting, etc.). Physical: Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team; mobility to move on the sales floor and stock room; ability to lift up to 50 pounds for product shipment/transfers.

Schedule: Flexible schedule to meet business needs, including nights, weekends, busy seasons and high traffic days.
