Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager located in San Diego CA. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, delivering exceptional customer service, managing inventory, and ensuring the store meets its sales and operational goals.

Additional tasks include managing team performance, implementing retail strategies, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring compliance with retail loss prevention procedures. The Store Manager will create a positive shopping environment and foster relationships with clients and staff to contribute to the company’s growth and success. Qualifications Proven skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure a positive shopping experience for clients.

Strong Communication abilities to effectively interact with team members, customers, and stakeholders. Store Management experience with an understanding of day-to-day operations and staff supervision. Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention techniques and the ability to implement and maintain security measures.

Organizational and leadership skills to motivate and manage a team successfully. Experience in the beauty or retail industry is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
