Store Manager | Luxury Retail | Mumbai StorySideUp is hiring a Store Manager for a leading luxury retail client in Mumbai. Details of the client will be revealed to shortlisted candidates. The Role Full store ownership โ sales targets, team, operations, and customer experience Drive KPIs: conversion, Average Transaction Value (ATV), UPT (Units per transaction), productivity, and sell-through Analyze sales data and market trends to build action plans that improve store performance Customer & Client Management Maintain luxury service standards with a strong focus on personalized engagement Build and nurture relationships with VIP and repeat clientele Handle escalations with maturity and resolve Team Leadership Lead, coach, and develop the store team Conduct regular performance reviews and feedback conversations Drive engagement and hold the team to brand grooming and conduct standards Operations Oversee daily store ops โ inventory, cash handling, audit compliance, shrinkage control Manage rosters, attendance, and manpower planning Coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth store functioning Visual Merchandising Ensure VM is always brand compliant Drive commercial product placement to maximize sales What We're Looking For Graduate or postgraduate 5 to 10 years in retail, with at least 2 to 3 years managing a team Luxury or premium retail experience preferred
