Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Store Manager role based in Colaba. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, including maintaining a smooth customer experience, managing inventory, and ensuring visual merchandising aligns with the brand's ethos.

The position also involves leading and motivating the store team, implementing retail strategies, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and achieving sales targets to support overall business growth. Qualifications Proven skills in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction Strong Store Management experience, including inventory management and team leadership Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention techniques and procedures Excellent verbal and written Communication skills with a focus on relationship building Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Experience in the fashion or retail industry is a plus Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience is preferred
