We're Hiring Store Manager - Apparel Retail ️ Pacific Outlet Mall, Jasola (New Delhi) We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Store Manager to lead our retail operations at Pacific Outlet Mall, Jasola. Key Responsibilities: • Manage end-to-end store operations and ensure smooth functioning • Drive sales targets and achieve business goals • Lead, motivate, and manage the store team • Ensure excellent customer service and in-store experience • Maintain VM standards and store presentation • Monitor inventory, shrinkage, and stock management • Handle staff rostering, training, and performance management Eligibility Criteria: • 3-6 years of experience in apparel retail (minimum 1-2 years as Store Manager/Assistant Manager) • Strong leadership and team handling skills • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Target-oriented and customer-focused approach • Immediate joiners preferred Location: Pacific Outlet Mall, Jasola (New Delhi)
