System Analyst

Position Description: We are seeking an experienced System Analyst (SA) with a strong background in the healthcare domain. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that healthcare applications and systems meet business needs, regulatory standards, and quality expectations. Your future duties and responsibilities: .

Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements . Work closely with stakeholders including clinicians, operations teams, and IT teams . Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications .

Analyze existing systems and propose enhancements or new solutions . Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations (e.g., HIPAA, HL7, FHIR) . Support system integration across healthcare platforms (EHR/EMR systems) .

Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validation processes . Coordinate with development, QA, and DevOps teams for smooth delivery . Identify risks, dependencies, and provide mitigation strategies .

Maintain comprehensive documentation and process flows . Designed and managed test environments on AWS. Required qualifications to be successful in this role: Must-Have Skills: .

Strong experience as a System Analyst / Business Analyst . Deep understanding of Healthcare domain workflows (claims, provider, payer, EHR/EMR) . Hands-on experience in requirement gathering and documentation (BRD, FRD, SRS) .

Knowledge of healthcare standards like HL7, FHIR, ICD, CPT . Experience working with AWS services . Experience in system integration and data mapping .

Good understanding of SQL for data analysis . Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies . Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills .

Experience with Healthcare applications . Exposure to API integrations and microservices architecture . Knowledge of data privacy and compliance standards (HIPAA) .
