Job Title Assistant Store Manager (permanent, full‑time) Location Kildare Village, County Kildare, R51 YC80 Overview Join our Vans team and help drive consumer experience in one of our stores. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be a role model, commercially focused, and obsessed with smashing targets to achieve sales performance beyond belief, visual excellence, and memorable customer interactions. Responsibilities Assist in day‑to‑day store operations.

Help lead a high‑performing team, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Oversee loss prevention and support HR processes such as scheduling and training. Maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the brand experience.

Qualifications Proven retail or management experience. Strong commercial focus and target orientation. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
