Your role will include: Coaching, motivating, and developing your team to hit sales and service targets Monitoring performance data and acting quickly to improve results Driving new business, upselling services, and managing existing customer accounts Ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations, including store standards, security, and key‑holder duties Managing lettings, merchandise sales, and follow‑up of customer enquiries Handling payments and supporting credit control processes You\'ll lead from the front, setting the tone for professionalism, energy, and service excellence. What We\'re Looking For We\'re looking for a strong people manager who thrives in a customer‑focused environment.
