Position Summary The Store Manager will manage daily operations and work with their team to reach sales goals while championing our vision, mission, and values. Duties and Responsibilities Be an expert in our consultative sales approach and instruct and coach others to hit and exceed metrics.

Work on the sales floor to achieve individual and store sales goals. Coordinate with company leaders in the development and execution of company‑wide policies and procedures. Continuously develop sales and customer service staff, including weekly one‑on‑one meetings, new initiatives, and weekly Saturday morning meetings.

Oversee flawless execution of daily operations within the store (opening procedures, store cleanliness and organization, paperwork, closing procedures, cash handling, and bank runs). Coordinate with company leaders to generate and pursue sales opportunities in and outside the store. Professionally handle customer service issues.

Maintain a professional working environment. Occasional travel to other stores for assistance. Benefits Medical, dental, vision, accidental, and disability insurance for full‑time employees after 60 days.

Paid Time Off for full‑time employees. Amazing retail hours: 10 AM – 7 PM, Monday – Saturday; closed on Sundays. Employee discounts.

Paid Saturday lunches for specific goals being met. 401k. Compensation Annual Base + Commission + Monthly Bonus. Base salary is paid every two weeks.

Requirements Sales‑driven mindset. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Organized and highly efficient.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant sales and management experience. Passionately collaborative about offering continual support and training to staff members. Comfortable promoting company initiatives and conducting 1:1 conversations to encourage team success.

Physical Requirements Comfortable with constant talking, standing, walking, kneeling, bending, sitting at a computer for extended periods, and using company technology and software. Lifting up to 40 pounds. Ascending or descending ladders or step stools. #J-18808-Ljbffr
