We are currently seeking an experienced Stibo Analyst to join our client's team, supporting and enhancing critical enterprise platforms. This role is responsible for ensuring the stability, performance and continuous improvement of key business systems while providing technical support across a diverse stakeholder group.

In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for platform support, managing service requests, investigating production issues and driving system improvements. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to maintain regulatory compliance, including Design and Distribution Obligations (DDO), while contributing to the ongoing optimisation of enterprise applications and data management processes.

Key Requirements

  • Manage and resolve service requests, production incidents and application defects within agreed service levels
  • Investigate, diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure platform stability and performance
  • Support Product Information Management (PIM) and Master Data Management (MDM) platforms, including Stibo STEP where applicable
  • Maintain and improve product and reference data quality across enterprise systems
  • Collaborate with Product, Legal, Risk, Audit and Distribution teams to support business operations and regulatory requirements
  • Assist with system configuration, logic changes and UI/UX improvement initiatives
  • Perform data analysis to identify issues, trends and opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Contribute to platform enhancements, process optimisation and operational efficiency initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with Design and Distribution Obligations (DDO) and other organisational governance requirements
  • Produce clear documentation and communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
