About InkqubeeTM\n

InkqubeeTM | Raw Startup Stories is a growing platform dedicated to fostering professional growth by connecting practitioners, founders, and aspiring entrepreneurs. The platform focuses on sharing authentic startup journeys, lessons learned, and practical insights to empower individuals to pursue and realize their entrepreneurial goals. InkqubeeTM collaborates with diverse voices from the startup ecosystem, creating content that is accessible, relatable, and actionable.

Team members work in a dynamic, creative environment with the opportunity to shape how startup stories are told and discovered.

The AI-Amplified Philosophy \n

We heavily embrace generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity) to accelerate production speed. However, we do not post generic AI fluff. We need a human creator who deeply understands startup mechanics, hates robotic clichés, and knows how to write hooks that make busy venture capitalists stop scrolling.

Core Responsibilities & Expectations\n
    \n
  • Startup News Tracking: Monitor major news ecosystems (YourStory, Inc42, TechCrunch, X trends) daily to spot high-impact stories.
  • \n
  • AI Prompting & Refinement: Use advanced AI workflows to rapidly outline, summarize, and draft content, then aggressively edit to give it a sharp, human voice.
  • \n
  • LinkedIn & X Mastery: Own the daily content pipeline. Craft 1 high-impact LinkedIn post daily and manage a steady pulse of 2–3 high-signal X updates.
  • \n
  • Deconstructive Analysis: Move past the "headline." Don't just say a company raised $10M; outline why their unit economics, team dynamics, or market timing made investors pull the trigger.
  • \n
  • Multimedia Ideation: Script short audio/video snippets, plan basic graphics, and coordinate text or audio interviews with emerging founders.
  • \n
Requirements & Technical Skillsets\n
    \n
  • Deep Ecosystem Literacy: You must know the difference between a down-round and an extension round, what a vesting schedule is, and why cap-table mechanics matter.
  • \n
  • Advanced AI Familiarity: You have an active personal workflow using LLMs for editing, concept pairing, and structural ideation. You actively filter out standard AI clichés (e.g., words like "In today's fast-paced digital landscape," "Revolutionizing," "Delve").
  • \n
  • Visual Formatting Eye: Ability to cleanly format text with plenty of whitespace, bold focal points, and highly scannable layouts.
  • \n
  • Background: 1–2 years of experience working at a digital media agency, a tech startup, or running your own personal micro-blog/newsletter/campus E-Cell media.
  • \n
Qualifications & Soft Skills\n
    \n
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • \n
  • Basic media production skills (familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, or Descript is a major plus).
  • \n
  • Self-motivated, organized, and perfectly comfortable working independently in a 100% remote environment.
  • \n
  • Obsessed with startups, entrepreneurship, or the creator economy.
  • \n
How to Apply \n

Do not just drop a generic resume to connect(@)inkqubee(dot)com. Along with your application, paste a link to your portfolio or rewrite the following sentence for a LinkedIn post targeting founders:

"Inkqubee helps you find investors and co-founders easily."\n
    \n
  • (Applications without this quick rewrite sample will be automatically filtered out).
