About the Role\n

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, processing payments, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring GST compliance. If you have hands-on experience with Tally and Zoho Books and are passionate about maintaining accurate financial records, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
\n
• Process and record all company payments accurately and on time.
\n
• Maintain daily accounting records in Tally and Zoho Books.
\n
• Ensure all financial transactions are updated on a daily basis.
\n
• Prepare and maintain the overall company Balance Sheet.
\n
• Prepare separate Balance Sheets and financial reports for each business vertical.
\n
• Reconcile bank accounts, vendor accounts, and customer ledgers.
\n
• Generate and share daily financial reports and MIS with the management team.
\n
• Ensure accurate bookkeeping and proper maintenance of accounting records.
\n
• Handle GST filing, GST reconciliation, and statutory compliance.
\n
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and management whenever required.
\n

Requirements\n

\n
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
\n
• 1+ years of accounting experience.
\n
• Strong hands-on experience with Tally ERP/TallyPrime and Zoho Books.
\n
• Good understanding of GST filing and accounting compliance.
\n
• Sound knowledge of bookkeeping, accounting principles, and financial reporting.
\n
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
\n
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and organizational skills.
\n
• Ability to work independently and meet daily reporting deadlines.
\n
