Staffing Operations Manager (Scottsdale)

The Role You’ll oversee our full staffing lifecycle — recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, and ongoing performance support — in a small, collaborative environment where your work has a direct and visible impact every day. We welcome applications from recent graduates, current students, and professionals transitioning from other fields. We’ll invest in training the right person — what matters most is your drive, organizational instincts, and genuine care for the people around you.

Key Responsibilities • Lead recruiting across multiple markets and states • Manage postings, pipelines, and candidate communication • Conduct interviews and support hiring decisions • Oversee onboarding so new hires feel set up for success • Build and manage training processes for all coaching staff • Create and maintain staffing schedules across all programs • Handle real-time coverage challenges and last-minute callouts • Partner with leadership on staffing strategy and growth planning What We’re Looking For A warm communicator who builds trust and relationships easily A self-starter who takes ownership and follows through Someone who loves building systems and improving processes A clear decision-maker who stays calm under pressure Someone who takes full ownership of their work, when something needs to get done, you’re the one who makes it happen without being asked twice Someone motivated by purpose and making a difference in kids’ lives Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or related field preferred • Experience in a fast-paced environment — internships, part-time work, or campus leadership all count • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Schedule Monday – Friday, 8:45 AM – 5:00 PM. During peak program seasons, some evening or weekend availability may be needed for training or coverage. We’ll always communicate this in advance and work with your schedule where we can.

Travel Some Travel will be required to CA, TX or NY for training and oversight.
