You’ll work closely with senior leaders to influence people strategy, strengthen a high‑performance culture, and ensure our teams are supported, engaged, and fully equipped for success. You’ll take the lead on employee and labor relations in our unionized environment guiding managers through fair, consistent grievance and performance processes. You’ll elevate the employee experience through hands‑on coaching, dynamic training programs, and thoughtful talent development initiatives. From driving recruitment and onboarding to supporting safety programs, HR operations, and compliance, you’ll be at the center of building a workplace where people feel valued, confident, and proud to contribute.

Key Responsibilities Partner with operations leaders to support daily HR needs in a fast-paced environment Administer and interpret the Master National Agreement (MNA) Manage a high volume of FMLA, ADA, and other leaves of absence Support organizational changes and communication during PHX transformation Conduct investigations, corrective action, and employee relations support Manage recruitment, onboarding, and training programs Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws Maintain HRIS accuracy, personnel files, and reporting Support workers’ compensation, safety initiatives, and return‑to‑work plans Qualifications 5–7+ years of HR experience, including 2+ years in a unionized environment Strong experience with FMLA, ADA, and high-volume leave administration Experience supporting change management and organizational transitions Background working with operations teams (manufacturing, warehouse, production, airline, logistics, etc.) Strong employee relations, investigations, and conflict-resolution skills Ability to work flexible hours (early mornings, nights, weekends, and off-hours) HR certification preferred
