Job orders are generated from finding companies with open positions who need our hiring services. We are looking for people who are high-energy, have a drive to win, and have a natural motivation to sell. This is a role for a motivated player who wants to build a business from the ground up and out-maneuver the competition through relentless activity and disciplined execution.

The Opportunity You’ll build your own book of business from scratch. Your first 90 days will focus exclusively on new business development. Your mission: to generate job orders.

Generate your own client relationships through cold outreach, networking, and relentless hustle Build a revenue-generating desk Recruit your own job orders You’ll be held accountable to: Mastering our process, learning the CRM, building your target list Meeting (or exceeding) cold outreach expectations on a daily and weekly basis Identifying and qualifying prospective companies Making meaningful connections with people through phone calls Navigating through negotiation conversations Key Responsibilities High-Volume Prospecting : Execute high-intensity phone blocks to reach key decision-makers. Probe & Diagnose : Navigate through conversations to identify the hiring needs and assess the best hiring solution we can provide Build Relationships : Establish rapport with prospective clients to gain trust and eventually their business Log Notes : Log all the notes. That’s it.
