This position requires a high volume of daily outbound calls to create leads, follow up with those leads, and close new business opportunities. Expectations in this role include: Consistently meet or exceed monthly demonstrations goal Drive new business by having a consultative approach Establish rapport with clients that foster long lasting relationships Consistently train on various products and processes Career growth with goal achievement Minimum Qualifications: The ability to ask fantastic questions Capacity to learn a process and execute to meet goals Experience in building rapport and establishing relationships Superb communication skills, both written and oral High school diploma required US citizen Ability to commute to office in Miramar, San Diego What we'd like to see: Call center experience Experience with Google Apps (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail, etc.), and CRMs such as Salesforce Internet Marketing specific sales experience What gets us excited: Driven individuals who want to be the best and deliver on goals!! Compensation: $17.75-$18.25/hr (depending on experience) plus commission.

Our full-time top producers make over $100,000 per year, while the lowest producers make approximately $35,000/year part time.
