Staff Nurse

Registered Nurse – Ward 24 Opportunity has arisen for a registered nurse to join the Ward 24 nursing team. Ward 24 is a 23‑bed general medicine ward. Applications are welcomed from individuals who want to be part of a team delivering high standards of patient care.

Newly qualified nurses are encouraged to apply and a full preceptorship programme will be offered. Responsibilities Assess, care plan, deliver and evaluate nursing care to patient teams following policies and procedures to ensure safe, effective care is delivered. Undertake risk assessments and make necessary adjustments to reduce harm to patients in hospital.

Provide supervision and support to colleagues and student nurses. Ensure evidence‑based practice to provide high‑quality care. Qualifications and Experience Registered Nurse (RN) with current registration to practice.
