Staff Nurse - Orthopaedics

Overview As a Staff Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering safe, high-quality, patient-centred care. You will be responsible for assessing individual care needs and leading on the development, implementation, and evaluation of care plans for your own group of patients, while also contributing to the wider care of all patients within the ward or unit. Responsibilities Support day-to-day management and organisation of the ward, ensuring effective communication at all times. Guide and support junior colleagues, promoting a positive and collaborative team environment. Supervise and assess learners and unregistered staff as a named supervisor, taking an active role in teaching and supporting development. Contribute to delivering evidence-based, compassionate care, using your initiative to achieve excellent standards. Qualifications Proven post registration experience is required for this role.
