Position: Senior Workday Integration Lead Consultant

Role Overview:

We are looking for a senior consultant who combines deep Workday integration expertise with transformation leadership. This role is expected to act as a strategic advisor to HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT leadership while leading complex integrations, modernization initiatives, automation efforts, and operational excellence programs.

Unlike a traditional contractor, this individual must serve as a trusted advisor capable of influencing executive decisions and driving enterprise-wide adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

Enterprise Integration Ownership

Manage all integrations between Workday and:

• ADP
• Fidelity
• Mercer
• Healthcare Providers
• Benefit Vendors
• Banking Partners
• Tax Agencies
• Azure Platforms
• Data Warehouses
• HR Service Delivery Platforms
• Identity Management Systems

Delivery Leadership

• Lead discovery, design, build, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
• Create integration strategy documentation.
• Conduct architecture reviews.
• Ensure scalability and maintainability.
• Own technical debt reduction initiatives.

Operational Excellence

• Define SLA frameworks.
• Establish monitoring dashboards.
• Improve support models.
• Implement automation opportunities.
• Reduce manual intervention points.
