In this role, you will work in a development environment with a team of experienced software and systems engineers to satisfy technical requirements, support functional load deliveries and ensure compliance with certification requirements. Qualifications YOU MUST HAVE: - Minimum of 7 years of experience in software development. - Strong C plus plus or Object-oriented programming skills. - Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum. - Strong software architecture and design development skills. WE VALUE: - Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics. - Knowledge of aerospace standards and regulations, such as DO-178C. - Experience in leading the team for developing software for embedded systems. - Multi-core / multi-thread development experience. - Strong understanding of OOAD approach and concepts. - Strong analytical and software development skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Passion for continuous learning and professional development.
